Which Is Better, Silicone Or Saline Implants?

I’m getting implants but i can’t decide between silicone or saline implants. the doctor says silicone is better, looks and feels more natural but i would prefer saline, because i heard that if that ruptures, you can tell immediately and its easier to fix. so why is silicone so much more expensive?

Yes on breastfeeding….
Did he offer to put the impant in a mesh bag before putting it in? If not, ask him about this……
Regardless of what you pick, it works better if you massage them for 10 min about 3 times a day. 30 min total. Yes it will HURT at first but after the first week or so, it won’t be so bad.
The massage helps with softening everything up and keeping it in a more natural state

Saline is better, because if they break, the water inside just goes throughout your body. With silicone, if they break they leak out, and they get all clumpy.
Silicone is supposed ot look real but you have to be extra careful.
And yes, you can breastfeed with either of the two.

i think you should get none!
bigger breast are fake looking no matter how much you spend. do you really want to loose the feel in your nipples ?
that’s what is going to happen! also read the news because they are finding out how bad both of them are for you. most men that i know will not date woman that are fake

saline, its just safer, silicone is more expensive because feels natural, but saline looks pretty good too
