What’s Your Experience With Saline Vs Silicone Implants?

I am a 48 year old female and I will be having my old implants removed and new inserted. I want to get feedback from other women who have both kinds I’ve been told that the saline tens to shift sometimes.

silicone implants are illegal,

on utube they have a movie that shows the old silicone, the current saline and the current silicone and the effects on each when they are ruptured. The new silicone is way better than the other two. You can actually cut them in half and it still wont leak out–I would definitely check it out–I think it is very informative.
