I wanna have a breasts surgery but i wonder whats the differance between Silicone and implants?and whats better?anyone who knows anything about it pls help….iam not doing it these days but iam thinking about collecting information about it first..iam 17 by the way….thanx

there are many types of ‘boob jobs’ some only countour the breast or raise it and some involve silicone implants. Most people refer to implants when speaking about a boob job. In order to increase your bust size the doctor must place a silicone filled sac into your breast. They are generally thought of as safe, however can interfere with breastfeeding later in life.
In Japan and Europe there is a new technique emerging that seems promising. It involved no implants but rather an injection of fat that includes fat producing adult stem cells (not from an embryo but from the fat in the body itself). This would make the body produce more fat in the breast area resulting in larger breasts as breasts are almost all fat. If the results are lasting (not enough information yet) this would be the best for any woman. There is no risk of rejection, no actual surgery and it will look and feel natural, as basically it pretty much is!
I would hold off a few years as your breasts will still grow. My breasts were fairly small until I was 22. Now they are perfect for my body. But also hold off so you can see how this new method pans out. It will be safer, cheaper, more effective and of course have better results.

The fluid inside the implants used to be silicone. The fluid inside is now a saline solution (salt water)… The implant itself is still made of flexible silicone, but no longer has the liquid silicone component.
CJ gave the best answer that i have ever heard on the subject, hands down.
Collect as much info as you can.

Your breasts will come with age and in their own time. As your hormones change, so will your breasts. If you ever have a child, implants dont make breastfeeding impossible, but they do cause difficulty.
focus on fashion, self confidence, and just being you…..
(of course if you want to be a stripper, then ignore everthing i just said and get a boob job as it is required now if you want to strip) just kidding….

Silicone is used in breast implants. So I don’t understand your question.
