This is for a paper for my english class and i choosen my topic. But i need help in finding an issue about cosmetic surgery that has two sides to it but also very interesting and unique!!! Help

I would say first you have to figure out the common reasons for getting cosmetic surgery and then see if they “fix” the problem. I think that’s interesting…
People who get cosmetic surgery are many times more likely to get more surgery done later.
Are some forms of cosmetic surgery neccessary? In what contexts are they or are they not neccessary?

You could talk about the problem with wanting to look your best versus being happy with who you are. On an episode of Extreme Makeover a teacher got made over and several community members thought this sent a negative message to her students about vanity. Conversely, the teacher believed she was sending a message of self happiness by doing everything in her power to be happy and healthy. If you search on the youtube or the style network or for extreme makeover you may be able to find the clip. I hope this helps.

Does it actually improve quality of life?
Do the risks outweigh the benefits?
