If you don’t like your nose, talk to a plastic surgeon for a realistic analysis of what rhinoplasty can and cannot do in your specific case.
The most dramatic results that I’ve seen are in people with a big bump on the bridge of the nose. It can really make a huge difference in how one feels about oneself.
Subtle changes are not likely to be worth the pain and expense, and if your nose is already cute, you’re not likely to be happy if you try to make it cuter.
Talk to a board certified plastic surgeon.
