I am 17 years old and by nose is really very huge,it touches my upper lips. My nose is the only feature on my face that i hates.
The problem is that I am really scared of rhinoplasty (nose job) disasters. Is is dangerous and painful? Please tell me some CONS of nose job? Should I go for it?

Pros – better looking nose, more attractive face, more confidence, no more breathing problems (if you have a deviated septum or other structural problems)
Cons – bleeding, ruptured blood vessels which may cause the permanent or temporary formation of red spots, abnormally shaped nose, infection.

Rhinoplasty can be made safer and you can reduce your risks by going to a board-certified surgeon with extensive experience. Take your time to choose your doctor. Ask your friends if they know of people who have undergone rhinoplasty. Talk to these former patients and ask them about their past experiences.
