I have always found that “gentle” exercise was never really enough to lose weight. Eventually I found that running was something that really worked, but I accept that not everyone has the time to go for long runs.

its good to mix high intensity and low intensity workouts for more results In this way, it burns more fat and calories.

i manage to lose weight by doing lots of cardio workout, bench press and weight lifting. i also changed my diet into low fat and low carb diet.
