There are a lot of “crash” diets there that promise that you will drop a significant amount of weight in days or weeks.  Here I show you 8 tips for weight loss

I tried several of them, in my experience the weight always comes back just as fast weight loss since giving advice is not something that will work with your body.

One thing you do not want to do if you are really serious about weight loss is to follow these fad diets and their ridiculous weight loss tips.

After their ineffectiveness has been proven time and again, people will start to wise specially created for this diet and will head in search of a new fashion.

To be honest, people are always looking for new weight loss
advice because they want to lose pounds and they want immediate results, but this is just wishful thinking.

To lose weight permanently and effectively will be very slow progress, all depending on your metabolic rate and how to lose.

There are some proven tried and true weight loss tips to help the process of weight loss, and you can not learn them.

Weight Loss Tip 1
Do not miss breakfast. Whatever you do follow this advice, because otherwise you are much more likely in fact prone to binge later in the day.

Weight Loss Tip 2
Do not eat anything for at least one hours before bedtime.

Weight Loss Tip 3
Do not snack while watching TV. This is acceptable to eat food while watching television, but never snacking at this moment acceptable.

Weight Loss Tip 4
Substitute fruits like; banana, watermelon, plums, peaches, oranges and sugar treated, cookies and candies.

Weight Loss Tip 5
Substitute honey for sugar, and locust bean powder for chocolate in all recipes. They taste just as good if not better, when used correctly.
