Like people get it after pregnancy or massive weightloss to get rid of loose skin and stuff no doctor would do this on a obese person so why do people think you have to be a fatso?

Depending on my weight would determine if I would even need a tummy tuck. But being overweight is very unhealthy for you in general. If you feel overweight then try to loose some and it isn’t as hard as people think. Overweight people need to drink 8 glasses of water a day plus a glass for every 25 lbs of being overweight. Learning to eat healthy and drinking plenty of water will help you to loose weight if that is what you are trying to do. Being overweight is a decision a person has to make for himself and if they want to live a healthy life. If a person is in the process of loosing weight Keri Lotion along with baby oil will help the skin to firm up on its own along with the water.

I think these celebrities are fake. Look at Michael Jackson. He was a handsome guy before he became white!!! Many celebrities are obsessed with plastic surgery! If I saw them in person, I would think I was on acid because they look like Barbie dolls. Bjork is my favorite celebrity today, she didn’t go under the knife and she is beautiful. Who agrees that celebrities are losing their appeal and becoming fake zombies?

I agree. Plastic surgery does make people look fake. People that get too much plastic surgery eventually end up looking like Micheal Jackson. Plastic surgery is unappealing and it makes people look like plastic barbie dolls. Especially when women get boob jobs (example: Pamela Anderson – yuck!!). I lose respect for people that get too much plastic surgery. Natural is better.

Remaking/reshaping the cleft palates & harelips & birth-defective faces of little kids before they’re old enuf to go to school…to transform their outsides to match their beautiful innocent insides. Satisfaction–enormous; Profits–perhaps very few. Pediatric plastic surgery, I’d put that up there with the angels.

Personal reason: I went to grade school wayyyyyy back before there was such a thing as microsurgical techniques for correcting birth defects in children, and remember being in classes with kids with facial deformities–most of which they were born with [a couple of burn cases, perhaps] and remember the hell they lived in, and how nobody wanted to sit with them at recess or lunchtime because of how they looked. Nowadays, these conditions can be fixed early in life with wondrous technical skill. I’d go with that subspecialty for every reason in the world!
