Are There Any Countries That Offer Low-cost Cosmetic Surgery And Legal Remedies If The Dr. Makes A Mistake?
I know that the cost of cosmetic surgery is much cheaper in many countries, such as Brazil. My big question is, if an American goes to one of these countries and the Dr. makes a mistake, does the patient have any legal remedies? Thank you for your assistance.
