umm like hundreds of thousands of dollars probably , i dont think you should do it..
you can get like cream though that will supposably tighten the skin if that helps any ?

I was wondering if it is possible for a substantially over weight person to recieve enough lipo to get them down to there average weight based on age height and body type. Yes, that is completely unrealistic. Typically lipo removes 1-3 lbs of tissue. Some states limit it by law because it is so dangerous, but the upper limit deemed safe by any doctor is going to be about 12 lbs, or 6000ml. That would be a procedure that would take a great deal of money and planning.

1. Is he or she a board certified surgeon? With relevant qualification?

2. Any past or even existing legal suit instituted by clients against the surgeon due to his/her blotchy jobs?

3. Track record of successful surgeries

4. Does he/she has a good reputation in his/her field of work

5. How many years of experience in liposuction

Any exercise will help. You cannot choose where you lose fat from. That is up to your body type and genetics. Walking, jogging, cycling, rowing swimming are all good cardio exercises to help, lifting weights will help also as muscle burns more energy than fat. All in all burn more calories than you eat and have patience

I know there is no exercise, that will cause you to lose weight from your hips, just exercises that will cause you to gain muscles around your hips, or at least that is what I’ve been told.

Only the doctor can answer that question. Each doctor operates on his own. It would be a good thing to have a consultation with a doctor. You have to be so careful these days with all the quacks out there. Plenty of horror stories because of shopping for plastic surgery based on price.
