I was going to get a tummy tuck done after having my kids. I have lost lots of weight and because of that my breasts have shrunk too. I have always had big breasts and now I don’t. My husband is gone on a tour with the navy and I am getting my tuck done while he is gone. I was wondering, if I know that I am going to get a breast augmentation in the future should I just get it done with the tummy tuck? This of course would be better because now they can go in through the belly button so if I do it at the same time I won’t have any additional scars. But I didn’t know if you can get them done at the same time. Can you?

I’m sure the plastic surgeons will have some kind of process to eliminate scars, just call up whoever’s going to do it and ask them about it.

Ok so I am doing research for a college paper and I need feedback from MEN and WOMEN who have had breast implants and/or tummy tucks. What I need to know is why you had yours done, which procedure, and how do you feel about yourself now after it is complete? well,my mom had hers done.
she said she regretted it because if you had breast in the big B cups
then you shouldnt fix it.because it wont be as perky.if you had flat chest
like in the A’s then yeah.go for it.but she said it was painful.

They did extensive safety studies over the past 15 years and it turns out they are just as safe as saline. my question to all the women out there who are considering implants….now that they are approved…would you choose them over saline? just an FYI–they look and feel 100x more natural than saline. If you have breast implants, you should perform breast self-examination monthly on your implanted breast. In order to do this effectively, you should ask your surgeon to help you distinguish the implant from your breast tissue.
Press firmly inward at the edges of the breast implants to feel the ribs beneath, checking for any lumps or bumps. However, if you have a saline filled breast implant be careful not to manipulate (i.e., squeeze) the valve on the implant excessively, which may cause valve leakage and make the breast implant deflate.
