Don’t get plastic surgery. I’m only for plastic surgery if it is reconstructive after an accident or something of that nature. Elected surgery is not necessary and frankly pointless. It will not make you feel better about yourself, learn to love yourself instead.

Remaking/reshaping the cleft palates & harelips & birth-defective faces of little kids before they’re old enuf to go to school…to transform their outsides to match their beautiful innocent insides. Satisfaction–enormous; Profits–perhaps very few. Pediatric plastic surgery, I’d put that up there with the angels.

Personal reason: I went to grade school wayyyyyy back before there was such a thing as microsurgical techniques for correcting birth defects in children, and remember being in classes with kids with facial deformities–most of which they were born with [a couple of burn cases, perhaps] and remember the hell they lived in, and how nobody wanted to sit with them at recess or lunchtime because of how they looked. Nowadays, these conditions can be fixed early in life with wondrous technical skill. I’d go with that subspecialty for every reason in the world!

this is a good question because i have the same problem. there is a company called care credit (for health-care) they usually deal in dental, cosmetic and vet services and other, etc…you can talk to your bank. call the dr offices and they can tell you some info, as well as lending companies (american finance, etc..) even your bank can give you a loan (i.e. credit card, etc..) you just have to prove you have the resources to pay back..good credit rating, etc..hope this helps!

well loose the weight first before you start thinking about a tummy tuck. no im not a doctor but losing 75 pounds usually does not require a tummy tuck, alot of people get the loose skin when they loose more than 100 pounds. now your body might be different but i would wait it out until after you lost the weight to decide if you need those measures.

After college, you apply to med school. That’s 8 years of college total. No one can afford med school; that’s what loans are for. After med school, you apply to residency programs in surgery (that’s 5 years, and then after that you apply for fellowship programs in plastic surgery, can be up to another 5 years). Residencies are practical experience; you’ll apply to a number of programs, interview at a few, and be matched by a computer program to one of them.
