Should I Be Worried About Holes Under Lip Under Recent Rhinoplasty?

I recently underwent rhinoplasty, and the doctor made two pretty large holes under my lip. The doctor said itl e alright and theyl heal after time, but im still a little worried. One hole is bigger than the other, much bigger. There is a white residue inside one of the holes. I originally thought that it was because i gargled with a little hydrogen peroxide, but its still white and looks serious. Has anyone else gone through this and might you be able to give any tips?
