I know saline is the most common, but I dn’t want my boobs to look and feel like a big bubble rock. Which one feels the most natural and looks the most natural?

you need to discuss this with a qualified plastic surgeon. I don’t have breast implants but I have seen a plastic surgeon for corrective surgery(birth defect). She had implants on display in her office which I couldn’t resist examining. The silicone felt more natural but I have heard alot of scary stories about silicone. My aunt even had hers removed. when ever I hugged her it was always obvious she had implants. She didn’t “feel” natural. It also depends upon the surgical technique and size. If you go too big you’ll feel like a rock.

I’d rather be with someone with natural boobs, no matter the size – you can still work it.
