I’m offering free cosmetic surgery as part of a tv program where do I go to get max exposure? I wish to contact a lot of ordinary day people who need cosmetic surgery so where is the best place to go? I’m aware of craiglist but feels it is too crowded for my liken.
Any one with a better idea?

Then again, how do you explain away what first responder said?
It is unlikely that the surgeon is expected to find his own patients-wouldn’t that be the job of the producers. More information.
