		<description>revision rhinoplasty would definitely require rebreaking the bones.  I never go the nerve to have my nose fixed after i broke it, it wasn&#039;t too bad, but you can see where it was broken, an dyou can definitely feel it.  That doesn&#039;t sound good.</description>
