How Soon Can I Resume Exercising After Rhinoplasty/nosejob?

I jog (not too fast!) and use an elliptical trainer (much like walking, like a ski machine).
How soon after the op can I resume jogging? And (I presume sooner) how soon can I resume using the elliptical trainer?
Do doctors tell you not to exercise because the bones will be jolted out of place, or because you will get nose-bleeds?

I would be really careful about exercising right after you get rhinoplasty surgery. If you start running or even really jolted movements in a car, you could really mess up your nose. I would wait at least two weeks before resuming any of this activity. If you wait it will be better in the long run as you will not have to go back under the knife and get your nose fixed again.
