I want breast implants and rhinoplasty. I want to know how much they cost and how much should i put as a downpayment. What are the average payments a month? Thanks.

It depends on the state in which you live. For example, when I lived in NYC I priced rhinoplasty. It would have been close to $10,000. The same procedure here in Texas? $3400. The only way to know for sure is to have a consultation with a surgeon, or ask someone who has had the surgery in the state where you live.
As far as a down payment, that depends on the doctor. Your best bet is to ask your doctor if they accept CareCredit. Many offices that accept CareCredit can also take you through the application process. CareCredit has many payment options that are 0% for a certain amount of time.
