Question by Anna C: How easy is it to get an appointment for liposuction?
Like how quickly can you get one, after the consultation? Are most doctors booked up like half a year in advance, or can you get an appointment if you want it this week? What are your experiences?

Research, Research, and Research again your doctor. Make sure he or she is board certified and liscensed to do plastic surgery and look into their record to see if the have had any malpractice suits or deaths of their patients.
After all, you can’t be to careful.

its hard because so many people know a days wanna get it, so yes you will have to wait months maybe even a year, before you can get it.

Depends on the doctor. Some can fit you in the next week, some have a waiting lists that go on for months.

your looking at waiting a couple weeks to a month after a consultation. it is important to get medical clearance prior. ALL surgery (even elective) is risky and could possibly result in death from anesthesia, hypovolemic (taking off too much) shock or post op infection. you need to be in optimal health and well educated about surgical aftercare and what to expect before surgery.
