Healthy Skin – Some Tips

“Flash” diets can destroy the appearance of the skin, thus weakening a meal of many fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants, good for skin.
- Use gentle detergents, not to dry skin of the face, leading to its smeary.
- Use a humidifier for the whole body, which may go away with water if you put more than the required quantity.
- Get out before 10 o’clock the morning and after waiting 4 this afternoon when the sun is not dangerous to the skin.
- To prevent early wrinkles on the face, use a sombrero and sun block.
- Blister in the summer to avoid wearing clothes from large natural materials.
- Some types of ultraviolet rays pass through glass and, therefore, in a long journey by car, the glass must be specially processed.
- To avoid hives and dermatitis in sensitive skin choose cosmetic products with no added flavor.
- Squeeze of buds may leave a scar on the skin and cause a bacterial infection.
- To restore moisture to the skin after stress, overdrink or physical exercise, drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
