I chose saline because if for some reason they do rupture, it won't hurt my body in any way. Saline is salt water, which is naturally absorbed by your body. Also, if they did rupture, I wouldn't have to get them removed/replaced immediately. With silicone you can't waste any time in removal/replacement because silicone is bad for your body. If you feel ugly with your breast size, you get it changed.. then you feel ugly because of your nose.. get it changed, and then eventually you are completely fake. Silicone sacks they implant can rupture and can kill you. It's not too common, but it still happens. You should do counseling or something before drastically changing your body like this. Why would you do this to yourself?
