after having two C-Sections, my abdomianal skin is stretched…It was sugested that I look into a tummy tuck to repair the loose and stretched skin. Anyone know the cost of a procedure like this and what the recovery is like?

i haven’t had one myself but mother in law has, she paid around £7500 and still has quite bad scarring and it was a few years ago. Depends what kind of surgeon you get i suppose, and everyones body recovers and heals differently :-)

Damn i wish they woulda said hey u can have a tummy tuck at the same time as when i take ur kid from ur gut….wouldnt that be nice…..i dont much think that ur doc could do that i mean u would have to be specialized in it right? but lol sounds like a good idea to me if they woulda offerd it.

That is something that you should be asking your doctor BEFORE the surgery. It’s a little late now! We all heal at different rates. You may take a very long time. We don’t know. And it may be that in YOUR case, the aureola may never shrink as much as you expect. Check with the doc.

tummy tuck vs exercise the tummy away. my question can it be done. i want a flat stomach. like to do it by exercise. does cardio make you loose fat faster. should i do weight training and cardio. or just cardio to get fat off and then muscle stregenthing exercise. i loose interest in exercise cause i dont see changes in fat when i weight train. but cardio makes you loose calories and fat faster.

I’d try things that work your abdominal area! Try crunches, pushup (yes, pushups) situps, and bike riding.

Tummy tucking is for whimps. You’ll see results in two-three weeks. Make sure you weigh before you eat. :D
