my blood test says high sensitivity to silicon and of nickel do i need to have theses implant taken out? will i be able to have them replaced? will this contamination harm me or even kill me ???

What kind of test did you have?
Was it a real test at a Doctors office? Or something somebody is using to try to sell you stuff? (There are plenty of those).
But implants can and do cause problems including chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.
Many people feel far better after having them taken out.
Do you really need such large breasts? Did the auditions for Bay Watch work out? (lol).
But I think 15 years is time to have them changed anyway – they don’t last forever. Good luck.
